Prices in AUD. Council fees, building surveyor certification and engineering are not included and are quoted separately if you need them. Measure-ups record the building as it stands; property boundaries come from your title or a licensed surveyor.

A real person looks over your files, asks about anything unclear, and confirms the price and timing. You only pay once you're happy with the quote.

Get your drawing

Your scaled PDF arrives by email. Small conversions are back within 48 hours, small jobs within 72.

    Questions

    Is this done by AI?

    No. Every drawing is drafted and checked by a chartered engineer. Apps can tidy up a sketch, but they can't tell when your numbers don't add up. We can.

    How rough can my sketch be?

    Very rough. Pencil on the back of an envelope is fine. The more measurements you include, the faster we can turn it around.

    What's the difference between a conversion and a small job?

    A conversion is one drawing, usually a plan. A small job adds elevations, a section and a 3D view where it helps.

    What if my job is bigger than the package I picked?

    We check every job before we start. If it turns out bigger than the package you chose, for example a whole house rather than a single room, you may be charged extra for the right package. We'll always explain why and get your OK before going ahead.

    When and how do I pay?

    Only once you've accepted our quote. Small conversions and small jobs are paid up front, and we start as soon as payment comes through. Bigger jobs need a deposit, with the balance due within 7 days of delivery. Pay by card through a secure Stripe link, bank transfer or PayID. No card surcharge.

    Can I use the drawings for council?

    Our Council or construction set is prepared for permit and development applications. If you start with a smaller package, you can upgrade later.

    When do you do measure-ups?

    Weekday evenings and weekends, so you don't need to take time off work to let us in.

    What area do you cover?

    Measure-ups cover all of the Perth metro area. Sketch conversions can be done from anywhere in Australia.
